Maribel delved into research, exploring the vast potential of sustainable development and innovation in hospitality. Her passion for the subject grew so much that she began teaching at the university level, sharing her knowledge with future industry leaders. Yet, she couldn’t ignore the gap she’d observed between sustainability in theory and the realities of hotel operations.
Determined to bridge this divide, Maribel returned to her roots, combining her expertise in operations with her vision for a more sustainable future.
